Prepaid card issues
I have tried many times to call and reach someone about the issues of my card and each time I placed the card info, the recording would state that the card was invalid. However, there was a delayed use of my card by Amazon for an order I tried to make but was given notice that the payment wouldn't go through.
The payment went through the next day. So, I tried another purchase on a different website and there was another notice stating the same thing. I called to get the balance after many attempts to try to do this online. The online approach kept telling me that there was a glitch on your end.
And I have done this for the past two days and still, the same thing. So, when I tried calling your "pissed customer" line, and many attempts to put in the card's info, the recording would state that the card was INVALID! According to my checking the balance by phone, I have 140 some odd $ and change on the card right now. When the card was purchased, it had a $200 limit.
PLEASE HELP ME. I WANT TO SPEAK TO A LIVE PERSON WHO CAN RESOLVE THIS ISSUE FOR ME!!

I bought 2000 in vanilla cards fir xmas gifts n I left stores got home n checked balances n all were 0 balance I called stores n they said all they could tell me is that somebody in puerto rico cashed them in I live in shaler pa not puerto Rico I then called one vanilla help line n they couldn't help me either it's been almost 2 years now I hav all cards n receits do I hav ti get in touch with the BBB n turn this over to them I want my refund of 2000 please I will tell people to not buy ur products n put u in the evening news

this group starts out good and then fails eventually, whether its acquiring your balance only to find after you have spoken to a customer rep that funds in your account had been absconded by some unknown source..This has happened around 5x and although I got a check for the amount taken from Fortson it never fails...so I wait 5 years and try them again only with the same results...bad to non exixtent internet balance connections as well as missing money..and the routine all over again...so after I get my 10 plus dollars back I intend to quit this group maybe in another 5 years they will have improved but there are doubts...

Had about $50.00 on my card for 3 years and no problems and then all of a sudden I am told my card could not be used to pay a monthly bill for .99. Within an hour of calling this company, my balance was taken down to from $47 to .03 and 2 charges made that I did not make.
I am convinced someone at this company stole my card info and charged it because they were the only ones I gave the card number to when I called. No customer service and no resolution with these people!
DON'T BUY THESE CARDS unless you want to just give your money away! They are crooks!

So I purchased it again and again, next thing I know my card is on hold.My card's limit is 40 dollars.After some time ,I thought that I would be able to use the card again since its been pass some months, but it just keeps adding to the pending transactions.
