Server is down always. I saw nothing in the disclaimer about not being able to use the card to deposit money into my bank it just like any other transaction so now my bank is having problems pulling the money for my new account. Do not buy this card!!!

The 1st call would not acknowledge when I pressed 1 on keypad for English; it just kept repeating request. The 2nd call in worked and I was able to give my card information and get my balance.
