I purchased a card for $100 and was only able to make a $20 purchase. Every transaction has been declined for a lack of funds.
When I called customer service, a supervisor named Chris told me that I requested a refund because the card wouldn't so I would need to pay the $9 fee as stated in the information provided with the card.
He was nasty and made snide remarks during the call in addition to telling me that there was nothing wrong with the card and I needed to continue to try and use it. Total BS!
