OneVanilla stole $20 from me
2 comments
I purchased a OneVanilla visa card from CVS and paid $20 to have it loaded with that amount. The card immediately did not work.
I visited the CVS, went to the OneVanilla website, and called their customer service line. Nobody could help me from the first two and when I called they told me the card was never loaded. They said if I wanted my money I went have to mail in three documents proving my identity, my driver's license, and the card itself.
I said I'd rather not bother and threw the card out. They effectively swindled me out of my money.
Reason of review: Problems with payment.

I have a onevanilla card that was given to me. I purchased gas at a BJ's and the pump stopped at 13.00, I thought the card amount ran out. Only to find out that it was used at almart.com for 100.00 on the same date at night
sounds like a scam to me
I had to send all the ID information, picture of the card, the whole nine just as stated in the comment above. I did it.
I was thinking, oh, they're trying to give me some hoops to jump threw and figure I'll just give up. No. I did it.
I got the refund too. I just have to figure out how to cash the check.
